Your Emergency Call Centre, Your Way

The Blake Emergency Centre is essentially an extension of your own capabilities, with agents who are specifically trained to handle a large volume of highly emotional and distressed callers in a compassionate and professional manner.

We have designed our call emergency call centre so that it is scalable and flexible to meet your needs. You are able to customise the set up of the centre so that it will work the way you want it to work in the event of an incident.

Your Own Dedicated Number

On joining Blake Emergency Centre, you will be assigned your own unique telephone number direct into the call centre which can be shared with the public at the time of an event. This can be included in your response procedures or business continuity plans, so it is one less thing to think about at the time of need.

We will agree with you what scripts you would like to be assigned to your telephone number when the centre is active as well as when the centre is inactive. These will be recorded specifically for you in languages appropriate to you and your customers and added to your line ahead of any event occurring so that when you test the line you will know it is working.

Have Your Own In-House Emergency Call Centre Already? No Problem!

Many of our clients have their own in-house capabilities in terms of emergency call centre, however in the event of a major incident, they use these to their own facilities to support callers in their own language and look to us to support callers from elsewhere in the world.

If this sounds like you as well, then we can help.

We will work with you to agree how you want your customers to be supported between the two centres. It may be that you want to look after all callers from within your country and we look after callers from overseas; or you want to use us for overflow call management; or something else.

In these circumstances we will work with you to set up call flows to make sure that the routing of calls is right for you.

We can arrange training for your call centre agents through our sister company, Blake Emergency Services so you can be confident that whether a call is answered by a member of your call centre team or a member of the Blake Emergency Centre team, the agents have all received the same level of emergency call centre call handling training to ensure seamless support to your customers and their families.

Toll Free Numbers

In accordance with some national legislation, and what is increasingly being seen as good practice, we can work with you to arrange toll free numbers from various countries around the world which will be answered within the Blake Emergency Call Centre.

We recognise that for some clients it is financially prohibitive to establish toll free numbers for all the locations they operate in, and so we will work with you to find an appropriate cost-effective solution.
